Small Steps for a Healthier Mind

Medication can help stabilize symptoms, and small daily habits can support that progress. Try checking in with yourself each day:

  • How am I feeling?
  • What’s one small thing I can do to support my well-being today?

Simple habits like mindful breathing, tracking symptoms, staying consistent with medication, or reaching out to a trusted person can help you feel grounded and supported as you heal.
